Surge is the unit we would not recommend to a general practice. If you place implants regularly it will change how the room works. If you place a handful a year, Vision or Clarity is the more honest answer.

Nothing where your hands need to be
No side box, no rotating housing, nothing projecting into the working area. In implant and surgical work the constraint is almost never the instrument. It is what the instrument has to be manoeuvred around.
Stable without being bolted down
A wide base carries the load, so the unit does not need fixing into the floor. It can be positioned properly, and it can be moved later without a contractor and a new floor.
80,000 LUX, shadow-free
Nebula 25 delivers strong, even, natural light across the field. In a long procedure the difference between adequate and excellent lighting is measured in how tired you are at the end of it.
