1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the website at onedentalchair.com, operated by ONE. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it — that is the only consequence.

They cover the website and nothing else. They are not terms of sale, and no part of this document governs the purchase, delivery, installation, servicing or warranty of a dental unit.

2. Nothing here is for sale

This site is a catalogue and a point of contact. There is no shop, no cart, no checkout and no price list. Nothing published here is a binding offer, and sending an enquiry does not place an order or oblige either of us to anything.

A purchase happens later, in a written agreement between you and whoever is selling you the unit — us or an authorised distributor for your market. The commercial terms, the price, the delivery arrangements, the installation and the warranty all live in that agreement. Where this site and that agreement disagree, that agreement wins.

3. Who the site is for

It is written for dental professionals, clinic owners and managers, and the dealers and distributors who supply them. The equipment described is professional medical equipment intended for use by trained people in a clinical setting. Nothing here is clinical advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation about how to treat a patient.

4. How accurate the information is

We take care to describe the units correctly and we correct errors as soon as we find them. But specifications, configurations, colours and availability change, photography and generated imagery cannot show a unit in your room under your light, and a page can go out of date between the day it is published and the day you read it.

So: treat everything here as indicative until it is confirmed in writing for your specific configuration. Ask us, and we will confirm it. That is not a disclaimer to hide behind — it is how equipment this configurable actually works.

5. What you may and may not do

You are welcome to browse the site, read it, print it, and share links to it. Please do not:

• copy the text, photography or design for use elsewhere, beyond ordinary quotation with attribution;
• present our units as your own product, or our imagery as your own installation;
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else;
• attempt to gain access to anything not published, or probe, scan or test the site's defences;
• submit anything through the form that is unlawful, deliberately false, or someone else's personal data sent without their knowledge.

6. Intellectual property

The ONE name, the emblem, the wordmark, the design of this site and its text and imagery belong to ONE or are used with permission. Nothing on this page transfers any of it to you.

Product photography and the generated atmosphere imagery derived from it are ours and are published so you can evaluate the equipment. They are not stock photography and are not licensed for reuse.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, it is because we thought it would help. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data. Their terms apply once you are there.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site up and current, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including any unit shown here — without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — lost profit, lost business, lost data, or a decision taken on the strength of a page rather than a written confirmation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law reserves. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Privacy

What we do with personal data is set out in theprivacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address and carries the date it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version; it does not change anything already agreed with you in writing.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which ONE is established, and any dispute falls to the competent courts there. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
